PROJECT ENGINEERING:

FAF Engineering Services has 17+ years experience in the managing of engineering projects in industry.

A large variety of projects have been successfully completed, such as:

- Food extrusion lines
- Packaging lines
- Fine grinding line
- Bulk storage silos
- Pneumatic conveying systems
- Bulk bag handling equipment
- Sieving
- Large scale gas conversions
- Land development

Many of these projects utilised bulk material handling techniques, such as pneumatic conveying, screw conveying, Loss-In-Weight feeders, batch weighers and bulk storage silos. Projects included electrical supply and distribution upgrade, guarding, control system, instrumentation, services, such as steam, compressed air, water and other liquids, gas, etc.

FAF Engineering Services have developed a Project Management System providing necessary checks and balances in the planning, design and execution stages. This includes design reviews, HazOp studies, risk assessment and risk management, financial management and scheduling.

Projects carried out include companies such as Masterfoods/ Uncle Ben's of Australia, Uncle Tobys, Intermix Australia and Arnott's Biscuits.
